I saw this post yesterday in my RSS feed and quickly glanced at the recipe to see if it had yeast in it. I saw that it did and immediately moved on to the next item in my RSS feed. Today I saw it on Facebook and noticed that it also mentioned tips for becoming a better baker and thought I should at least give the tips a read through. I’m so glad I did. Like you I have a fear of yeast and it doesn’t help that every time I’ve ever tried to do anything with yeast it has been a complete failure. This post has made me want to try again. It’s nice to see that I’m not the only one with the yeast fear! Thanks for this post and all your great recipes!
